This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to physical Eurorack modules and other physical products purchased directly from SKRATCH LOGIC through this website.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - EU/EEA CONSUMERS
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement by email to info@skratchlogic.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must return the product no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products should be sent back complete, including the module, original packaging, Eurorack power cable, screws, manuals, and any accessories supplied with the order.
Please pack the module carefully in suitable protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
You may inspect and handle a module only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Please do not disassemble, modify, repair, alter, or damage a module that you intend to return. Products returned incomplete, damaged, modified, or showing excessive use may be subject to a deduction reflecting the resulting loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For a return based solely on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to SKRATCH LOGIC.
We will cover reasonable return-shipping costs where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, materially different from its description, or where we sent the wrong item. Please contact us before sending such an item back so that we can provide return instructions.
REFUNDS
After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed. The refund includes the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout.
If you selected a more expensive shipping method than the standard delivery option, the additional cost of that upgraded shipping method will not be refunded.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns from customers outside the EU/EEA or UK that are made solely because the customer has changed their mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged in transit, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at info@skratchlogic.com as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where relevant.
Do not send a faulty product back before contacting us, unless we specifically ask you to do so. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights, including your legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-made, personalised, modified, or made-to-order products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where applicable law allows this and where this is clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
Software, digital downloads, or other digital content, if offered, may be non-refundable after supply has begun with the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable law permits.
